Nationwide Delivery Terms
At TITUS The Car Mart, we strive to deliver your order safely and on time.
- Shipping Rate: 100% FREE Shipping Nationwide on all orders of PKR 2,000 and above. (A flat standard delivery fee of PKR 300 applies for orders under PKR 2,000).
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Delivery Time:
- Karachi: 1-3 business days
- Other Cities: 3-7 business days
- Store Address: Office number G17, Mezzanine floor City Centre Mall, bahadurabad, Karachi.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- If our courier is unable to deliver because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Returns & Exchange
Satisfaction & Claim Rules
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we're here to help.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue when requesting a return or exchange.
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a replacement or exchange will be arranged.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
- Custom-made or vehicle-specific products ordered on request are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
